About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers with questions and recommendations while managing sales transactions at the cash register. Your day will involve keeping the store well-stocked, recovering merchandise, and receiving shipments to ensure inventory is replenished according to productivity standards. You will also play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store, including cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, and managing waste. This role is essential in protecting company assets and ensuring a seamless experience for our shoppers.
