About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. In this role, you will be the face of our store, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment through professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
Your day will involve assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions at the cash register, and maintaining the security of cash and company assets. You will play a key part in store operations by keeping the store well-stocked, recovering merchandise, and receiving shipments by helping to unload trucks and replenish stock in accordance with productivity standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
