About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. In this role, you will be the face of our store, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
Your day will involve assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions, and keeping the store well-stocked. You will play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store, including cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. Additionally, you will help receive merchandise, unload trucks, and replenish stock in accordance with productivity standards.
