The Counter Sales/Customer Associate serves as a vital touchpoint for our customers, blending precision order entry with warm, professional interactions. In this role, you will be the face of the business, responsible for guiding clients through their purchasing journey while ensuring the smooth flow of logistics and inventory. Whether assisting with complex project quotes or managing daily transactions, your goal is to deliver a personalized experience that fosters customer loyalty.
This position operates at the intersection of our office and warehouse environments. You will collaborate closely with the sales and warehouse teams to coordinate truck deliveries, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure that customer needs are met with speed and precision. While experience in the irrigation and landscape industry is a plus, the core of the role is built on strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to operational excellence.
Location
This position is based in Columbus, OH, at our facility located at 6700B Huntley Road. The role supports our national structure with a focus on local customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements
