About the Role

As a Customer Replenishment Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for the customer's replenishment team, facilitating seamless communication between the customer and the organization. Your mission is to maintain product availability at distribution centers and stores to maximize sales opportunities.

In this role, you will ensure forecast accuracy versus sales to drive correct order quantities. You will analyze business metrics to identify root cause issues and implement solutions to improve performance. You will work closely with sales, demand planning, supply planning, and customer supply chain teams to develop strong collaborative relationships across the customer's supply chain. Your day-to-day involves independently solving moderately complex issues, strategizing on replenishment through trend analysis to maximize sales and inventory turns, and communicating with key stakeholders regarding product disruptions to prevent out-of-stocks.
