About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, you are the face of our pharmacy and retail locations, responsible for modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your role is central to ensuring that every interaction leaves customers feeling valued and supported.

Day in the Life

Your day involves engaging with customers and patients by greeting them warmly and offering proactive assistance with products and services. You will resolve issues and answer questions to maintain a positive experience, sharing best practices with the team to uphold our service standards. From greeting customers and making eye contact to identifying needs and servicing until satisfaction, your interpersonal habits set the tone for the store.

You will manage the checkout process with courtesy and efficiency, registering sales, collecting cash, and handling transactions such as voids, returns, and exchanges. Beyond the register, you will recommend items, construct promotional displays, and maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves. Your responsibilities also include assisting with web pick-up orders, providing photo services, and ensuring the store remains neat and orderly both inside and out.
