Customer Service Associate

About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. Our CSAs are proud to be part of a beloved brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met quickly and courteously. You will prepare delicious food items including breakfast, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station. Your day will involve operating the cash register, handling payments, and assisting with fuel, gift cards, and age-restricted product verifications. Beyond customer interaction, you will help keep our stores well-stocked, fresh, and inviting, while ensuring a safe environment by following all established policies and completing essential housekeeping duties.
