About the Role

As a Cashier at Walgreens, you are the face of our brand, responsible for modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, engaging with customers and patients by greeting them warmly and offering assistance with products and services. Your role is pivotal in resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Beyond the register, you will share customer service best practices with your team, embodying interpersonal habits like eye contact and courtesy, as well as Walgreens service traits such as proactively offering help and servicing customers until they are satisfied. You will also support the store's operations by maintaining clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves, managing inventory, and constructing displays. From handling photo services to assisting with web pick-up orders, you play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently.
