About the Role
Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our organization, helping to create a positive experience for every visitor and caller. We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) to serve as the welcoming face of our clinic and a key part of our integrated care team.
As a CRS, you will be the first interaction a patient has with our organization. You will greet patients, manage check-in and check-out for appointments across primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialist visits, and ensure the front office and waiting areas remain organized and welcoming. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a team environment, and wants to make a tangible difference in the patient experience from the very first moment.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a full-time position based out of a Residential facility. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. The role involves supporting day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and may require travel to nearby clinic locations as needed.
