As a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS), you will serve as a key part of our integrated care team, ensuring that patients feel supported from the moment they arrive.
This role is designed for a friendly, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first interaction a patient has with our clinic, setting the tone for their entire visit. Your day will involve greeting patients, managing the flow of appointments for primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialists, and ensuring the front office and waiting areas remain organized and welcoming. By verifying insurance and demographic information and collecting co-pays, you play a vital role in the smooth operation of our daily clinic activities.
