About the Role

Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our organization, helping to create a positive experience for every visitor and caller. As a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS), you will serve as a key part of our integrated care team, ensuring that patients feel supported from the moment they arrive.

This role is designed for a friendly, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first interaction a patient has with our clinic, setting the tone for their entire visit. Your day will involve greeting patients, managing the flow of appointments across primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialist services, and ensuring the front office and waiting areas remain organized and welcoming. By verifying insurance and demographic information and collecting co-pays, you play a vital role in the smooth operation of our daily clinic activities.

Schedule

This position operates on a hybrid schedule to support our clinic's needs:

  • Monday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Tuesday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
