About the Role
Reporting to the Quality and Field Service Manager, the Customer Quality Technical Support Engineer serves as the critical bridge between AROW Global and its external customers. This position is designed to resolve quality issues at their source while maintaining strong, professional relationships with client contacts. Success in this role relies on a foundation of technical knowledge paired with superior communication skills.
As a member of the AROW Global team, you will operate within the AROW Business System, understanding how your contributions drive conformance to company objectives. You will work closely with both customers and the internal production department to facilitate and resolve quality challenges using corrective action processes. Your day-to-day involves coordinating on-site repairs with field service contractors, managing product warranty processes, and handling customer RMAs, credits, and debits in collaboration with the finance team.
You will be responsible for analyzing non-conformance reports, developing process control procedures, and ensuring finished products meet all quality and customer specifications. Additionally, you will compile and analyze quality performance data to drive the effectiveness of the quality system, while providing technical assistance to internal departments and customers, which may include occasional site visits.
