The Component Manufacturing Manager serves as the operational leader for our copper component production facility. This role is pivotal in overseeing the intricate processes of CNC machining, punching, bending, and forging. Beyond managing daily operations, the manager acts as a steward for efficiency, quality, and cost control, ensuring that every output adheres to the highest safety and regulatory standards.
In this position, you will lead production teams across multiple shifts, driving continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact throughput and waste reduction. You will be the bridge between the manufacturing floor and cross-functional departments, collaborating with Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to support new product introductions and process changes. Your day-to-day involves fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork while ensuring optimal utilization of labor, equipment, and materials to meet customer demand.
This role is primarily based on the manufacturing floor, offering a dynamic, fast-paced environment where hands-on leadership is essential. Success in this position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and may involve extended hours, weekends, or shift support to ensure operational continuity.
