Russ Hadick and Associates has partnered with a reputable building services company specializing in the loading dock and overhead door industry to support their Columbus, OH branch. This role is designed for a professional who will lead or assist in all aspects of new equipment installation, serving as a vital link between operational planning, subcontractor management, and customer satisfaction.

The Role

In this position, you will manage the end-to-end scheduling and execution of installation projects. Your day will involve coordinating with subcontractors to ensure they are properly trained and screened, while also forecasting job start dates and durations to maintain operational efficiency. You will act as the primary communicator for customers regarding schedule availability and work closely with cross-functional departments to drive project success.

Beyond scheduling, you will contribute to the growth and development of the subcontractor network, assist with pre-job site checks and jobsite meetings, and support sales and operations labor discussions. The role requires a balance of technical understanding and administrative precision to maintain operational margins and provide accurate reporting on daily work and upcoming installations.
