About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to join our team at the Portland Jetport Airport. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our travelers, providing superior, friendly, and efficient transactions. Your primary mission is to facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting necessary driver information, ensuring a timely experience from pickup to return.
You will act as a trusted advisor, using company-approved sales and service techniques to understand customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, and fuel options. Beyond the counter, you will serve as a local resource, offering directions, maps, and area information to enhance the customer journey. This position also involves managing incoming and outgoing calls for reservations, rate quotes, and issue resolution, while maintaining open communication with management regarding any customer or vehicle concerns.

Requirements
- verifiedMust be at least 18 years old
- verifiedMust be authorized to work in the United States

- verifiedMust have at least 6 months prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- verifiedMust have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- verifiedNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
