About the Role
This position is designed to ensure that every crew member is "Wowing the Customer" through personal contact. You will be responsible for training the team on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a fast and friendly checkout. You will lead front-end operations, maintaining brand standards for merchandising (candy, soda, snacks) and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, coach, and develop crew members, while also stepping in to perform store manager duties when needed. Your day will involve maintaining store cleanliness, managing opening and closing procedures, and collaborating with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery efforts. This role requires a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
