About the Role

The Customer Care Representative serves as the frontline representative and image of MTM Health. This role is designed to handle a variety of tasks which increase in complexity as your skills progress. You will primarily handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, with an expected volume of 60 to 80 calls a day, and higher volumes on Mondays.
