As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing an exceptional experience across phone, email, chat, text, and other communication channels. Working within established operational policies, you will analyze customer situations to determine appropriate solutions, taking ownership of the connection until resolution is achieved.
This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of digital banking solutions. You will provide first-line support for employee system access, including the implementation, training, and monitoring of internal tools. Your day-to-day involves resolving customer needs on first contact, proactively engaging clients to uncover needs, and assisting with digital banking products, card disputes, and system access issues for both customers and bank staff.
Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted directly by the Customer Care Assistant Manager. The process focuses on assessing your ability to work independently and within a team, your adaptability to change, and your proficiency in handling multiple tasks in a busy environment.
