About the Role TSTC is seeking a dependable, customer-focused IT Support Desk Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for IT support across the organization. In this role, you will handle basic ticket management and troubleshooting while maintaining a keen attention to detail. You will communicate clearly with end users of all technical levels and will be part of a team genuinely motivated to grow careers in IT. This is a part-time, non-exempt, W-2 hourly position requiring approximately 40-45 hours per month.
Location & Work Model This position is 75% remote but requires regular in-office visits in Arlington, VA. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Arlington. Crucially, successful candidates MUST reside in a HUBZone as defined by the SBA; please verify your address status before applying.
