The position requires a dynamic educator who can adapt to diverse learning needs, manage classroom dynamics, and ensure compliance with strict federal grant performance targets. Whether teaching in a classroom or supporting students with scheduling conflicts, your mission is to foster an environment of dignity, respect, and academic growth.

We adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and are committed to making reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. We treat all students, co-workers, and visitors with dignity and respect.

Safety is a shared responsibility. Instructors are expected to observe safety rules, wear personal protective equipment as required, and report any injuries or incidents immediately. The role may involve occasional travel to program sites throughout the district and community, as well as occasional prolonged or irregular hours to meet student needs.
