About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated educator to join our team and teach English to young learners aged 3–12. In this role, you will be more than just an instructor; you will be a mentor who helps children build confidence and a genuine interest in the English language. Your mission is to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster a love for learning while supporting the school's broader educational goals.
You will work in a supportive environment where every class is paired with a Chinese teaching assistant, ensuring a collaborative approach to student success. Beyond the classroom, you will actively participate in the school community by joining demo classes, open house events, and marketing activities, helping to showcase the vibrant culture of our institution.
Work Environment & Schedule
This position offers a flexible schedule designed to balance professional duties with personal well-being. During regular terms, teaching hours are capped at 20 hours per week, increasing to up to 25 hours during summer and winter holidays. Each class session is 40 minutes long, allowing for focused and high-energy instruction.
Office hours are structured to accommodate the needs of young learners:
- Weekdays: 13:00 – 20:30
- Weekends: 8:30 – 18:30
The total working time is capped at 40 hours per week, providing a manageable workload that prioritizes work-life balance.
