About the Role

As a Customer Care and Sales Advisor I, you will be the supportive voice and solutions partner for our customers. This position blends service and sales skills, focusing on caring for customers, protecting relationships, and demonstrating the value of staying with Sparklight. Every interaction counts—for both the customer and the company.

In this role, you will build trust by listening empathetically and responding clearly. Whether assisting with billing questions, scheduling service, or guiding product changes, your goal is to resolve issues and retain customers considering disconnecting by matching their needs with the right products and services. As you grow, you will handle increasingly complex situations, ensuring that every customer feels heard and valued.
