As a Banking Specialist III, you will be the face of our commitment to operational excellence and customer advocacy. This role goes beyond standard transactions; you are a trusted advisor who manages lobby activity, supports digital adoption, and educates both existing and new customers on our consumer and small business products.
In a "Transformed Banking Center," you will act as a Digital Advocate, guiding guests through our Online and Mobile Banking channels while utilizing specialized zones like the Discovery Zone and Advisor Connect. You will serve as a greeter, ensuring a welcoming environment, and work collaboratively with your team to resolve issues, balance end-of-day operations, and maintain the highest standards of security and compliance. Whether you are originating credit requests, managing complex account maintenance, or promoting our brand within the community, your goal is to enhance customer retention and engagement every time they interact with us.
To join our team, applicants must be NMLS registered or willing to register upon acceptance. Additionally, successful candidates must pass FBI criminal background and credit checks within the first 30 days of employment. We look for individuals who can work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and possess strong sales and negotiation skills.
