The Customer Billing and Collections Analyst is a pivotal member of the centralized customer billing and collections management team within the Chief Accounting Officer organization. Based at our White Plains, New York headquarters, this role executes and supports accurate, timely billing for fueling station fuel delivery, Comdata services, and renewable gas delivery.
You will serve as the bridge between Operations, Commercial/Sales, and Accounting to validate billable inputs, issue invoices, and resolve billing inquiries. As we transition our systems to NetSuite, you will manage customer billing records, coordinate master updates, and ensure compliance with contract terms and pricing setups. Your work ensures clean account status and timely payments through effective dispute resolution and collections practices.
Candidates selected for this role will be invited to interview with the Manager of Customer Billing Collections and Credit. The process focuses on verifying experience in high-volume billing environments and assessing cross-functional collaboration skills.
