Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to serve as a key business partner across the organization. This role is designed to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making by working closely with cross-functional leaders. The position exists to provide insights that drive performance, improve profitability, and support long-term growth.

The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with commercial and operational teams, with a preference for experience within a consumer products environment. Your day-to-day will involve acting as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, analyzing financial results, and developing models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
