About the Role
The Manager of FP&A and Treasury serves as a key finance partner responsible for driving disciplined financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis while overseeing cash, liquidity, and treasury operations. This role blends strategic financial insight with operational rigor—supporting executive decision-making, ensuring strong cash visibility, and safeguarding the company's financial flexibility.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights while also managing day-to-day treasury execution. You will partner with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions to support planning assumptions, cost management initiatives, and performance tracking.
Location Requirement Must live in Orlando and be in office 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circlePrepare monthly and quarterly financial forecasts including P&L and cash flow

- check_circleManage daily, weekly, and long-range cash forecasting to ensure liquidity
- check_circleOversee cash positioning, bank account activity, and short-term liquidity planning
- check_circleSupport banking relationships including account management and fee analysis
- check_circleAssist with debt compliance, covenant tracking, and lender reporting
- check_circleEnsure strong financial controls, documentation, and compliance across FP&A
- check_circleIdentify opportunities for process efficiencies and improved forecasting accuracy
- check_circleProvide day-to-day guidance to analysts and serve as a trusted finance partner
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning and performance tracking
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- verified5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or treasury
- verifiedMust live in Orlando and be in office 4 days a week
- verifiedAdvanced Excel skills
- verifiedExperience with financial planning systems or BI tools preferred
