The Custodial Night Manager serves as the operational leader for evening custodial services at an assigned facility. This position is critical for ensuring that cleaning standards are met, staff are effectively trained and supervised, and client expectations are consistently exceeded. The role bridges the gap between daily operational execution and strategic facility management, requiring a leader who can maintain safety, compliance, and quality during overnight hours.
This role is performed indoors and involves potential safety risks and health hazards associated with custodial work. The position requires the physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, push and pull 50 pounds, and perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously, including standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods. Employees must be comfortable working around food and cleaning products.
A DoD Secret clearance or higher is required, or the ability to obtain and maintain one. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory. As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening and provide acceptable reference and background check results.
