About the Role

As the Custodial Manager, you will serve as the primary leader for all custodial operations within a secure Intelligence Community facility. This role is critical to ensuring facilities remain in a clean, safe, and mission-ready condition while adhering to stringent security, safety, and confidentiality protocols. You will provide direct leadership to custodial supervisors and staff, managing resources and serving as the key liaison for custodial services in a controlled-access environment. Your day-to-day involves planning operations, enforcing quality standards, and coordinating support for high-visibility areas and continuity-of-operations activities.

Hiring Process
