About the Role
As a Curriculum Director, you will serve as an ambassador of happiness, guiding our educators and championing excellence in every classroom. In partnership with the Center Director, you will foster a culture where brand standards, instructional quality, and operational effectiveness are met with care and consistency.
Your mission is to ensure the center is fully staffed with well-trained teachers who demonstrate professionalism and uphold our brand. You will drive enrollment through engaging social media and family communication, while maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and licensing standards. From conducting monthly staff development meetings to managing family conferences, you will be the strategic force behind the center's success, ensuring every child's developmental needs are met with a growth mindset.

Requirements
- verifiedTwo or more years of center leadership, curriculum management, and people leadership experience (at least one year required)
- verifiedState-specific Administrative or Director credential
- verifiedBachelor's degree in ECE or related field (highly preferred)
- verifiedStrong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- verifiedMust meet all applicable background screening, health, and safety training requirements
Nice to Have
Two or more years of center leadership, curriculum management, and people leadership experience. Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field.
