About the Role
This position serves as a Computed Tomography (CT) Scanning professional within the MCR CT Scanning department at the UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO. The role is onsite and operates on a flexible PRN schedule.
In this capacity, you will provide computed tomography imaging in strict accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice, while upholding the policies, values, and mission of the organization. The role requires critical thinking and decisive judgment to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for reviewing patient history and physician orders, scheduling, and educating patients regarding procedures and equipment to ensure their understanding and cooperation. Additionally, you will prepare and administer contrast media or medications as ordered, monitor patient conditions, and perform necessary quality control procedures on equipment to ensure optimal imaging results.

To qualify for the CT Technologist - Radiology (Loveland) at UCHealth position, applicants should have: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program; Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and registry eligible with completion of registry in 12 months in computed tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); State licensure if required by law; and BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
