About the Role
As a CT Technologist at the UCHealth Emergency Woodmen location, you will be the cornerstone of our imaging services during night shifts. Your day will involve reviewing patient history and initiating Computed Tomography images based on physician orders, prioritizing procedural education to ensure mutual understanding and cooperation. You will safely administer contrast media and associated imaging medications while closely monitoring patient conditions, responding promptly to any changes.
Beyond technical execution, you will implement techniques to yield clarity in images and ensure equipment functionality based on established Radiology best practices. This role may also include performing 3-D post-processing while entering, transmitting, and reporting scan results. You will model proficiency by precepting those new to imaging and/or UCHealth, contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care.

Requirements
- verifiedGraduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- verifiedRegistered Radiologic Technologist (RT)
- verifiedARRT Computed Tomography (CT) registry or registry eligible within 12 months
- verifiedState licensure if required by law
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
