About the Role
As a Clinical CT Technologist, you will be responsible for assessing patients and safely performing routine CT procedures in strict accordance with prescribed radiation safety protocols. Beyond technical execution, this role serves as a clinical mentor for junior staff and students, guiding the next generation of healthcare professionals.
You will verify physician orders, explain procedures to ensure patient understanding, and independently operate imaging equipment, including IV placement. Your work involves reviewing images prior to transmission to ensure they meet diagnostic quality standards and performing timely quality control procedures. You will adapt your communication and behavior to meet the specific needs of diverse patient populations, ensuring respect for privacy and clear, professional interaction.
