About the Role
This position serves as a vital clinical mentor for junior staff and students while assessing patients and safely performing routine CT procedures. You will operate independently to ensure imaging protocols are followed, including the placement of IVs and the verification of physician orders. Your work ensures that patient images meet diagnostic quality standards before transmission, while you also assist in facilitating departmental operations such as inventory and equipment maintenance.
The role requires adapting your behavior and communication style to a diverse patient population, respecting privacy, and explaining procedures clearly to ensure patient understanding. You will work in a patient care environment where you may be exposed to blood, body fluids, and hazardous medications, requiring strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Requirements
