We believe that every award earned, every record broken, and every patient helped is a testament to the dedicated employees who fill our hallways. At Ochsner, whether you work directly with patients every day or support those who do, you are making a difference. Come make a difference at Ochsner Health and discover your future today!
This position serves as a clinical mentor for junior staff and students while assessing patients and safely performing routine CT procedures in accordance with prescribed radiation safety protocols. You will verify physician orders, explain procedures to ensure patient understanding, and independently operate equipment to complete imaging according to protocol. Your role includes reviewing patient images to ensure they meet diagnostic quality standards and assisting in the facilitation of departmental operations, including inventory and equipment maintenance.

The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality, working efficiently under pressure, and possessing the flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a mentor, you will guide less experienced team members while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and accreditation standards.
