As a Customer Service Representative at Paymentus, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our mutual clients, managing both inbound and outbound payment processing. This role is designed to ensure seamless financial transactions while delivering a professional and supportive experience to every customer.
You will work within a professional office environment, utilizing standard equipment to handle inquiries, explain procedures, and provide accurate information. Success in this position requires a collaborative spirit, as you will partner closely with Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive overall client satisfaction.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule. Shifts are nine hours long, including a one-hour unpaid meal break and two paid 15-minute breaks. Availability is required for statutory holidays and business needs. Shifts may occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM, or on weekends from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The role involves working at a desk in front of a laptop for the duration of the shift, with regular breaks to ensure comfort and productivity.
