About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Croatian Transcriber to join our Orlando, FL office. This is a project-based, on-site position designed for native Croatian speakers looking to make extra money with flexible hours.

In this role, you will convert audio and video recordings into written text accurately and efficiently. You will work within a "clean room" environment, adhering to strict client-specific conventions and privacy guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong listening skills, excellent grammar, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. You will manage your time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be able to read and type in Croatian (hr_hr). All applicants are required to pass a language assessment test to verify proficiency in understanding a wide range of accents and dialects. Successful candidates will be onboarded to learn specific client style guides and domain conventions.
