About the Role
The Project Manager I is a highly rewarding opportunity designed to provide extensive career growth. This position supports the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager II in the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project, or serves in the lead role over a small project. You will be on the job site every day, filling a key role on the project team.
You will act as a coach and leader who leads with an inclusive and empathetic mindset. Your day involves providing feedback and guidance to help others excel, determining priorities, and effectively communicating progress. You will establish measures to assess the impact, quality, and timeliness of results while praising successes and sharing lessons learned. Key Responsibilities

- check_circleDirect and supervise project administration, superintendents, and engineers
- check_circleImplement and enforce contract aspects and prepare draft agreements
- check_circlePrepare monthly schedule updates including analysis and narratives
- check_circleTrain direct reports on processes, procedures, and daily tasks
- check_circleManage workload and performance of direct reports to ensure alignment
- check_circleSupport project estimate development and design coordination efforts
- check_circleAssist in subcontracting strategy, scope writing, and buyout process
- check_circleCreate and manage project-specific quality and closeout plans
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- verified4-7 years of experience
