As the ACA Supervisor in El Paso, TX, you will serve as the primary guardian of facility compliance within a Performance Based National Detention Standards (PBNDS) and American Correctional Association (ACA) accredited environment. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity of the El Paso SPC, ensuring that all facility compliance components are meticulously tracked, inventoried, and monitored according to facility management directions and ICE contract requirements.
Your day-to-day involves a proactive approach to policy governance. You will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of ACA governing regulations, managing thousands of hours of data forms and ensuring strict accountability. Working closely with the SDDO compliance supervisor and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), you will review and update policies to align with PBNDS/ACA standards. You will also lead the response to emergency situations, including fires, facility disturbances, and riots, while conducting investigations and managing detainee grievances. This position requires a unique blend of analytical policy writing and the physical capability to respond to dynamic, high-stakes field environments.
