In critical care, clinical leadership and precision are paramount. Our physician teams, comprised of board-certified intensivists, deliver high-acuity care through both on-site and Tele-ICU programs, ensuring timely, evidence-based interventions for the most vulnerable patients. We lead with humility, collaboration, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
As the largest Critical Care organization in the U.S., we bring 25+ years of experience, 500+ intensivists, and a presence in 60+ ICUs across 19 states. Our physicians manage diverse ICU environments—medical, surgical, cardiac, and neuro—and are united by a shared purpose: to elevate care through multidisciplinary teamwork and clinical innovation.
Transform patient care and the community as an Intensivist in Aiken, SC. Our mission in Aiken is to provide "better" in every sense—better healthcare, better teamwork, and a lasting impact on the community we proudly serve. This is a day-shift only role (7am-7pm) within a 20-bed closed ICU serving a med/surg/cardiac surgery population, supported by Tele-ICU coverage during nights.
You will join a tight-knit group where the hospital administration is a true advocate for the critical care program. The role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with Internal Medicine residents who are always present in the ICU during the day, providing a robust teaching environment. You will work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth transitions of care and actively participate in key committees, including stroke, sepsis, and practice guidelines.
