The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) serves as a vital leader in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and the coordination of all unit functions during designated shifts. Working in collaboration with the management team, you will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies. As a resource person for staff, you will model a commitment to the organization's vision and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.
In this role, you will foster an environment of teamwork by collaborating with subject matter experts to improve outcomes and service. You will operationalize nursing strategies such as employee rounding and hourly rounds to enhance engagement, while also managing practical aspects of staff labor, scheduling, and inventory control. Your leadership will be essential in interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, as well as resolving conflicts and ensuring personnel policy compliance.
