To support the continued delivery of quality and compassionate care in our communities, we are dedicated to meeting critical service needs. We believe in holistic, person-centered care that prevents unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement, honoring the unique needs of every individual we serve.
As a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC), you will be the primary point of assessment for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. This role exists to guide the flow of services and ensure every person receives timely, appropriate care.
In this position, you will not only provide comprehensive clinical evaluations but also oversee non-clinical team members and collaborate with community partners. You will serve as the lead assessor, directing intake documentation, discharge planning, and referral processes. The role requires offering virtual support to other BHCC or Youth Behavioral Health Urgent Care sites as needed, ensuring a seamless network of care across disciplines and agencies.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role within a fast-paced, crisis care environment. You will have the chance to directly support individuals in crisis while mentoring team members, bringing calm and clear decision-making to high-pressure situations. We value collaboration across disciplines and agencies, and we are looking for a leader who is confident in building bridges between care providers, law enforcement, and other community partners to best serve those in need.
The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with weekend overnights as required. PRN and part-time options are available as needed.
We are offering a retention bonus to support our team: $375 for non-certified or licensed candidates and an additional $625 for certified or licensed candidates. Your commitment helps us meet critical service needs, and we are excited to have you be a part of our mission. Lead with compassion and expertise—join us to guide care for individuals in crisis when it matters most.
We are committed to building a diverse workforce and consider qualified applicants regardless of background. We believe in inspiring hope and promoting wellness through strength-based, person-centered care.
