The role is designed to guide high school students through a specialized pathway that emphasizes applied learning aligned with Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) CTE standards. Beyond delivering instruction, the teacher acts as a mentor, supporting students in their academic, personal, and career development to ensure they are workforce-ready upon graduation.
