About the Opportunity

This position is with an independent McDonald's franchisee, a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates independently. As a Crew Team Member, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, who is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA will not receive your application or be involved in any employment decisions.

In this fast-paced, team environment, you will connect with customers to ensure a positive experience, help them order their favorite meals, and prepare McDonald's World Famous food. You will partner with other Crew members and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun while keeping the restaurant looking fantastic. All you need is an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel; we will teach you the rest.
