This position serves as a critical guardian of provider quality within the OneCHRISTUS network. The primary mission is to ensure the integrity of all complete credentialing applications by conducting rigorous audits and building sound, effective, and efficient audit processes. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry standards while supporting the broader goal of delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
In this role, you will coordinate and conduct credentialing audits, meticulously analyzing provider files for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and gaps in work history. Beyond individual file reviews, you will prepare audit reports that track and trend findings, assisting in the formulation of staff training guides, policies, and procedures. You will manage multiple concurrent audits and related projects, ensuring all audit tools strictly comply with NCQA, TJC, and CMS requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate the full credentialing and re-credentialing process for assigned providers, acting as a central point of contact for maintaining provider data accuracy.
This is a full-time position operating on a standard business schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in structured environments and are committed to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct and operational excellence.
