The Cranial Program Development Manager serves as a strategic partner to Regional Sales Managers and local sales teams, driving the growth of the cranial install base. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and sales execution, ensuring that ExcelsiusGPS robots are effectively utilized to enhance surgical outcomes.
In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert for cranial surgery, leveraging your knowledge of the operating room environment to identify add-on opportunities within existing accounts and drive greenfield sales. A significant portion of your day will involve collaborating with facility administration, key surgeons, and internal teams to promote Globus Cranial Technology within academic institutions. You will position the company as a leader in the space by facilitating surgeon demos, VIP engagements, bio skills labs, and educational events. Success in this role requires a strong ability to build relationships with Implant Sales teams and troubleshoot stalled accounts to drive robot implementation.
