About the Role
The Crane Operator is a critical role within our marine and heavy civil construction teams, responsible for the safe and precise movement of heavy materials including steel, concrete, and equipment. This position is essential for executing complex projects involving pile driving, formwork, and critical lifts in challenging environments.
You will operate a variety of crane types, including friction, hydraulic, and barge-mounted units, working from both land and barge platforms. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of marine conditions, weather patterns, and site-specific hazards to ensure every lift is executed according to strict specifications and lift plans.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate friction, hydraulic, and barge-mounted cranes to lift and position materials
- check_circleConduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance for safe operation
