About the Role
The Crane Operator is a critical member of our marine and civil construction teams, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile and fixed cranes across diverse environments. From land-based sites to marine settings like barges and wharves, you will play a vital role in lifting and placing heavy materials, equipment, and structural components such as piles, precast elements, and steel frames. Your work ensures construction activities proceed smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of safety, communication, and coordination with site teams.
In this role, you will execute critical lifts in over-water and high-risk environments, adapting operations to varying weather, terrain, and tide conditions. You will work closely with riggers, signal persons, and supervisors to ensure precise crane movements and placements, acting decisively in unexpected situations to protect personnel, equipment, and structures.
