About the Role
We are looking for a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. In this role, you will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. You will be the face of our store, ensuring customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated.
Your day will involve bagging groceries with care to ensure items are not damaged, assisting customers with loading their vehicles, and gathering carts. You will also help maintain the store's appearance by cleaning spills, collecting trash, and performing basic shelf conditioning. Beyond the checkout lane, you will inform customers of specials, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers. This position requires the ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment while adhering to all food safety and safety regulations.
