As a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger, you play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Your primary mission is to establish and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that encourages customers to return again and again. Day in the Life

Your day begins by ensuring the store environment is pristine, from cleaning spills and collecting trash inside the store and parking lot to maintaining a safe atmosphere for everyone. You will be the first point of contact for many shoppers, offering assistance with loading bags into their cars and answering questions about products throughout the store.

At the checkout, you will expertly bag groceries, striving for efficiency while ensuring items are not damaged and are packed securely in various bag types. Beyond the register, you will assist customers by removing merchandise from their carts, gather and return shopping carts, and help locate products or conduct price checks for cashiers. You will also keep shelves in good condition, return merchandise, and handle seasonal items, all while adhering to strict food safety regulations and safety procedures.
