About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Courier Driver to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of service. As a Courier Driver, you will transport goods and packages efficiently and safely to various locations, playing a key part in our commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Day in the Life
You will drive a designated route to deliver packages and goods to clients in a timely manner. Your day involves loading and unloading items from your vehicle, ensuring safe handling of all materials, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining necessary signatures. You will provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries and assist in planning efficient delivery routes to optimize time management.
Hiring Process & Application
This is a 1099 individual contractor position. Candidates must be prepared to start at the warehouse between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM daily. Weekends must be flexible. The ideal candidate is between 25 and 45 years old.
Vehicle Requirements
Candidates MUST drive their own personal vehicle. We accept Cargo or Mini Vans only; sedans, coupes, jeeps, and trucks are not permitted. The role covers the following zip codes: 20011, 20012, 20015, 20016, and 20912.
Compensation
Pay is performance-based, ranging from $500 to $1,200 depending on the number of stops completed daily. During peak season, weekly earnings can range from $700 to $1,500.
